Hi Creatable community!
I wanted to check back in and share a small reset.
Over the last stretch, I’ve been quietly refining CreatableMe, not adding more noise, just getting clearer about what actually helps kids and families. What kept coming up again and again was this simple idea:
When kids have the space and tools to slow down, name what they’re feeling, and create something from it, things shift.
That’s what all of this is really about.
If you’re new here, CreatableMe is focused on playful, creative tools that help kids build emotional awareness, communication, and confidence, without lectures or pressure.
If you’ve been here a while, thank you for sticking around.
To reconnect, I wanted to share one small thing you can try this week:
A 10-minute emotions check-in
Ask your child (or yourself):
• What am I feeling right now?
• Where do I feel it?
• What do I need?
No fixing. No correcting. Just noticing.
If you’d like something more structured, I’ve put together a printable worksheet pack that walks kids through these kinds of reflections in a simple, visual way. It’s designed to be flexible, short, and easy to use at home or in the classroom.
You can check it out here:

I’m also working on a short guided mini course that brings these tools together into a simple daily practice. More on that soon.
For now, I’m glad you’re here.
Stay inspired until our next creative rendezvous,
Warm regards,
Brian Castleforte

P.S.: In our upcoming issues, get ready to uncover more of the magic behind CreatableMe. Together, we will inspire, connect, and transform. Stay tuned! 🔥
