Print and Fill Out Your SWOT Chart
● Strengths: These are your superpowers—your inherent capabilities that make you unique. Whether it's your unwavering optimism or a knack for problem-solving, these traits are your heroic foundation.
● Weaknesses: No hero is without their Achilles' heel. These are areas that require improvement or support. Recognizing them is the first step to overcoming them.
● Opportunities: Think of these as quests waiting to be undertaken. These are external factors or situations that you can capitalize on to grow and make an impact.
● Threats: Every hero has their nemesis. These are external factors that may pose challenges or obstacles on your journey to greatness.
Activity: Fill out your SWOT chart this week and discuss it with your family. Reflect on how each element aligns or contradicts your inner hero. How can you use this information on your journey toward becoming the superhero you were meant to be? Take action today!

Bringing this subject to your kids’ mind is a great way to empower them and give them a sense of belonging within the family.
Below we have 10 different activities for you and your family to try. These activities are meant to foster a sense of belonging in the family as well as empower your family members.
Superpower Spotlight: Each week, choose a different character trait to focus on as a family. Discuss examples of how that trait is demonstrated in everyday life and share personal stories of when you've seen each other exhibit that trait.
Superpower Recognition: Take turns recognizing and celebrating each family member's superpower. Share specific instances when someone demonstrated a particular trait and express gratitude for their positive impact.
Superpower Reflections: Set aside time for family reflection sessions where you discuss how each person's character traits contribute to the family dynamic. Encourage open and honest communication about strengths and areas for growth.
Superpower Role Models: Discuss real-life role models who exemplify the character traits you value as a family. Talk about what makes these individuals inspirational and how you can emulate their positive qualities in your own lives.
Superpower Charades: Play a game of charades where each family member acts out a character trait without speaking, while the others guess which trait they're portraying. This can be a fun way to reinforce vocabulary related to positive character traits.
Superpower Appreciation Letters: Write appreciation letters to each other highlighting specific character traits that you admire in one another. Share these letters during a special family gathering and express how these traits have positively impacted your lives.
Superpower Affirmations: End each day by sharing affirmations related to character traits. Take turns expressing gratitude for the positive qualities you see in each other and affirming your commitment to embodying those traits.
